We accept e-transfer or cash. We do not offer Credit or Debit payment methods.

Please note that all invoices are issued via email with directions on how to make payment. We reserve the right to add a ‘late payment fee’ of $10 per day if an invoice is left unpaid for 48 hours or more after issuing. If an invoice is left unpaid for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to send your debt to collections.

We offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis and special request. Not all requests for payment plans can be accommodated or accepted.

What vaccinations does Pawadise Pet Care require for Boarding and Dog Daycare?

We require the Parvovirus, Distemper, and Rabies vaccinations to be up to date. We do not require the Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination as it is not provincially required. However, if your dog has received the Bordetella vaccine, we will ask for that expiration date as well.

What should I bring when I drop off my dog for daycare

We require that you bring your dog to daycare on leash. We also require your pet to come with a harness or collar.

Please bring food for your dog if needed. We highly recommend bringing a small meal for your dog during their day stay in order to replenish their expended energy! If you would like your dog to have a meal while they are already here but came without, we can provide one for an additional $5.00 + GST fee.

Will my dog be playing and socializing with other dogs?

Your dog will be in a small group of dogs everyday during a boarding or daycare stay.

We encourage our pack to nap in the afternoon by setting out dog beds, closing off light sources, and playing soothing music/white noise.

Are you capable of giving my pet medication?

Yes. We are trained to administer oral, topical, and eye drop medications to our canine guests. We do NOT offer services for cats that require injection medications nor medications that require physical contact (eye drops or pills that cannot be taken in their food). Please inquire with any questions as to why our policy excludes cats with these types of medications.

Is your dog daycare overly crowded?

Absolutely not. We pride ourselves on being a small capacity and intimate daycare.

What is your spay and neuter policy?

We require that no female guests attend daycare or boarding while in heat or nearing a heat cycle.

We require our male guests to be neutered before attending daycare or boarding at any life-stage.

What are your dog safety policies?

We have a very strict policy when it comes to aggression and the health and safety of our guests.

If any aggression is present in your dog’s behavior (resource guarding, dominance aggression, territory guarding, etc.) We will ask that you seek other options for your dog’s care.

If an incident occurs in which your dog causes bodily harm to another dog or staff member, we will kindly request that you do not return your dog to our daycare.

Our guests are never left alone throughout their day stay at Pawadise Pet Care. Play groups are always supervised and never left unattended.

All dogs participating in dog daycare or boarding must pass a mandatory temperament assessment prior to attending.

Do you provide water throughout the day?

Absolutely. We have multiple water stations available. Our water and food dishes are always sanitized between refills to stay on top of the health and safety of our guests.

Are you adequately trained in case of a health emergency?

Yes we are. All of us at Pawadise are trained in basic Pet First Aid and CPR.

There is always a vehicle on-site in case the need to emergency transport an animal to a veterinarian arises.

What if my dog is too shy or anxious to attend dog daycare?

Sometimes it takes a few visits before a dog may become comfortable enough to engage in play with others. We suggest bringing your dog a few times so that they can get used to their surroundings and play-mates.

If we notice that after a few visits your dog is still too nervous to enjoy their time here, we will let you know.
